Welcome to the CAC User Portal guide! This is going to be your one stop shop for managing your activity with us including creating and tracking submissions, reviewing invoices, and updating payment methods. We know navigating a new system can be daunting, but we are here to help guide you as much as possible.
Recent Activity: This tab is used to summarize your submissions, recently graded items, recent invoices, and recent shipments. If you're unable to find a submission or invoice on this page, you can use the search bar at the top of the page to help locate it.
My Collection: This tab is intended to be a collector's hub for tracking coin inventory. While most dealers and auction houses may not have a use for this feature, we hope it will be helpful for those wanting to track their coin inventory in one place. From this list, you can create a submission, and it will also be the basis for maintaining your Registries when they come online in the near future.
Submissions: This tab lists current and previous submissions that have been graded including details of their status, number of items, declared value, etc. If you are looking for a specific submission, you can utilize the search bar at the top of the page. If you select the "submit items" icon, it will take you back to "My Collection" where you can then build an online submission. Quick Submission: This can be used if you have a group of coins that you are ready to submit and you want to do it quickly without adding it to your collection first.
Invoices: This tab provides a view of all current and paid balances; you can look through your invoices here as well as pay for each submission from this window. You can select individual invoices for payment or select "pay all". Please ensure you click whichever is applicable as this action cannot be undone. Additionally, you can print out a PDF document of select or all invoices for your records.
Payments: This tab enables you to review all completed transactions and identify any unallocated funds within your portal
Shipments: This tab allows you to view all the submissions that have been shipped by CAC to you and sort by ship date, carrier, tracking, and the submissions included.
Profile: This tab allows you to view your personal information that CAC has on file like your submitter code and membership level. You can add or remove payment methods on file for your submissions. Please be mindful that payment methods should not be written on forms, and our payments are processed electronically.
